Topflow Screed A
Topflow Screed A is made with a recycled source of gypsum (calcium sulphate) rather than cement. It has a free-flowing fluid consistency and is applied by pump.

Floors are suitable for foot traffic within just 24-48 hours, while drying takes just 40 days, or sooner with force drying (available after only 7 days). Typical drying times are 1mm per day for depths of 40mm and 0.5mm per day for depths above 40mm.

Topflow Screed C Belitex
A cement based, free flowing screed that can be laid quickly, trafficked after just 24-48 hours and dries within 14-21 days. Topflow Screed C Belitex is a solution that provides you flexibility in installation and your overall build programme. We also offer a polished version of the Belitex liquid screed which can be left as a finished floor.

Benefits

Topflow Screed C Belitex dries within 14 – 21 days versus a minimum of 40 – 75 with other traditional or flowing screed products and it can take foot traffic after just 24-48 hours. This means that floor coverings can be applied sooner.

Up to 120m2 can be laid in 45 minutes versus a whole day with traditional screed plus there is no working on your knees when installing as with traditional screed. There is also no need for sanding the surface afterwards.

Topflow Screed C Belitex can be laid in thinner depths than traditional screed.

Topflow Screed C Belitex has a greater workability open life when installing and is compatible with any type of underfloor heating system, cementitious adhesive and floor covering. It is also suitable for wet room applications. The solution also gives you more flexibility with your build scheduling since it can be installed later in the programme due to its reduced drying time.

Topflow Screed Excelio
Topflow screed Excelio offers the unique ability to install a 12mm bonded screed whilst gaining the benefits of a readymix, factory produced product. This greatly improved productivity and reduces site labour and operations compared to traditional SLU. 1m of Excelio replaces seventy 25kg bags of pre blended material and eliminates the associated site mixing.
